Timber lagging provide a quick and economical solutions for temporary shoring or permanent retaining walls.

When building a home on an infill lot, the excavation can present challenges particularly if the basement is 8 to 9 feet deep in cohesion-less soil with narrow side yards. Timber lagging is the safest and most economical solution to maintain vertical excavation line while protecting the neighboring properties.

A cantilevered timber retaining wall provides and aesthetically pleasing, as well as, an economical and permanent solution for retaining earth. These cantilevered walls are only 6” wide and can extend up to ten feet high without the need for tie backs.
